Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) announced that she will vote yes on the cloture motion to proceed to health care legislation. According to news reports, there are now the 60 votes needed to move forward on the bill. The vote is scheduled for 8pm tonight and if it does pass, then debate will begin after the holiday recess.
